Returns and Cancelling an order:

• Incorrect or Faulty Goods
  • If you receive Goods that are faulty or do not match the goods you have ordered, please notify a member of the Mace team by e-mail at ebayeurope@macepromotions.com or +353 1 214 5127 within 28 days of receiving Your item.
  • Please complete the attached Exchange and Returns Form ExchangeandReturnsForm.xlsx , send it to the email address provided and Mace will arrange for replacement goods to be sent out immediately.
  • Please place the item back in its original packaging with the delivery docket.
  • Mace will inform you of a collection date for the package by return email.
  • If the item doesn't get picked up within three days, please inform Mace using the email address provided.
  • As soon as the item is received into Mace's warehouse, a credit note will be issued and/or payment will be refunded (if applicable). All refunds (if applicable) will be completed within 14 days of the receipt of the faulty/incorrect goods.
• Fitness for Purpose
  • Where the goods are used for a purpose other than the normal or usual purpose for which such goods are commonly supplied, then Mace will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise as a result. For example, Mace will not be liable for any damage caused by the misuse of a pen purchased on the site. The pens listed on the site are to be used as instruments to apply ink to a surface, usually paper.
• Good-Will Returns
  • If you receive your order and simply change your mind, please inform a member of the Mace team by e-mail within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Please place the item(s) back in their original packaging, with the delivery docket and a completed Exchange and Returns Form, seal the package securely and contact us a eBay@macepromotions.com for next steps.
    
  • These packages are sent at the customer's own cost.
  • The goods must be in unworn/unused condition in order for a full refund to be granted.
  • Packages must be returned within 28 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • Packages returned without the original delivery docket will not be processed.
  • Packages returned without prior notification to the Mace team will not be processed.
  • A refund will be processed once the items are returned in their original condition and the above steps have been adhered to.
  • All refunds (if applicable) will be completed within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods.
